RCMP resources

All C.O.P. groups work closely with their local law enforcement agencies. C.O.P. groups are assigned a Liaison Officer who attends the C.O.P. meetings, assists with training and advises the C.O.P. volunteers on community safety concerns. RCMP members work with the C.O.P. groups to ensure that volunteers receive the training that is needed in order to patrol safely in the community as extra “eyes and ears”.
